About Me

We are not really wired to be happy, we are wired to be comfortable, and anything that is outside of that realm of comfort feels threatening or scary until we are familiar with it

We are living in a digital age where everyone demands so much from us. There is so much noise out there and it’s easy to lose sight of what we want.

Hi, I’m Mariola. I’m an intuitive lifestyle coach and I take a holistic health approach. Welcome to my space.

For many years I was focusing too much on what other people said I should do. What society said was ‘right’.’ By doing that, I ended up following other people’s scripts. I was losing energy. I constantly felt tired and I thought it was the food but it was mental exhaustion. I was lost in the chaos of other people’s ideas and perceptions. I was disconnected from my strengths, abilities, and inner power. I saw other people reaching their goals and living their best life and for so long I questioned myself. It seemed like I could never stick to habits or create lasting change. I couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong. It was only when I slowed down, tuned into my own energy and looked at the basics of my life that I realised the problem.

When you are focused on the external things, there is no room for your intuition. That is when you lose and forget your own individual identity. You try to find faults in yourself as you think there’s something wrong with you but actually, this comes from the constant battle in your head from comparing yourself to others.

I could never consistently create habits and lasting change because I was following other people’s formulas. You forget your own blueprint.

If you are questioning yourself, I want you to know that strength comes from within. You don’t need to find strength in other people, you already have it. To connect with your inner strength, you must clear the distractions first. Who you are is who you are supposed to be. Embrace this feeling.

Let’s do this together.
